Magical Perilla Oil {Trust me, it works!}

The hubster suffers from seasonal allergies. And by suffer, I mean suffer. Each and every summer, he goes through a roll of toilet paper per day - just to blow his nose. He can't get through a single sentence - he's too busy sneezing. He resorts to wearing his glasses nearly 24/7 - he rubs his crying eyes too much for his contacts.

And that's when we are at our home in the city.

All those symptoms are magnified by one gillion when we visit his folks in the countryside. BBQ's are pure torture and mowing even a small lawn can leave him with swollen eyes and an aching head.

The only relief he has ever felt during the summer time these last 7 years were the couple of months we have spent in America visiting my folks. And every year his allergies are worse. He made a bold declaration this year: if his allergies weren't better, we were moving to America.

Well folks, we're not going anywhere - we've found the magic potion!

Where every single over-the-counter allergy medication has failed, one simple oil has miraculously resolved the hubster's summertime woes - plus a couple other issues he had going on!

This magic oil is Perilla oil.

This oil is extracted from the leaves of the Asian perilla plant - also know as shiso or purple mint in North America. It's renowned for treating asthma, allergies and various skin conditions. Perilla is also high in Omega-3 fatty acids.

The hubster, on top of his seasonal allergies, suffers from extremely dry skin as well as two types of supposedly stress-induced eczema one his extremities. Every morning after his shower and a couple times a week before going to bed, he applies this oil on his arms, legs and hands. I believe he uses three squirts per leg and two per arm, rubbing the rest on his hands.

His red eczema patches on his arms and legs are gone. His bumpy eczema on his fingers is healing without new batches appearing. And his allergies are gone.

Sure, he'll sneeze every once in a while, but that's about it. No more buying the jumbo packs of toilet paper rolls. No more popping pills multiple times per day. No more avoiding going outside.

And the best news is, we'll be moving to the countryside next summer!

So, if you or someone you know suffers from seasonal allergies or eczema - check out this magical oil! It even got rid of the icky white patches of dry skin on my elbows that even coconut oil couldn't help!

Perilla Oil may just be the answer you're looking for. Has anyone else experienced relief by using it?
