His & Hers Smoothies {Peachy Nana Smoothie}


Me: I think it's smoothie time...

Hubster: Me too.

Me: What kind of smoothie would you like?

Hubster: Strawberry-banana.

Me: Umm... how about peachy-banana?

Hubster: *eyeballs fruit basket containing only bananas and peaches, eyeballs me, seems to admit defeat, shrugs* Okay.

Me: Do you want spinach?

Hubster: In my smoothie? Disgusting!

Me: You can't taste it.

Hubster: No.

Me: It'll make it healthier...

Hubster: No.

Me: I'm serious. You really can't taste it.

Hubster: No.

Me: Okay, fine. No spinach. *proceeds to make two smoothies, one with and one without spinach*

Hubster: Your smoothie looks disgusting.

Me: Taste it. I swear you can't taste the spinach.

Hubster: *slurp followed by a long silence*

Me: Can you taste it?

Hubster: No.

Peachy Nana Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1 banana
  • 1 peach, pitted
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk, or more
  • 6 ice cubes
  • *optional: 1 cup fresh spinach
Method:
  1. Blend everything together in a high speed blender until smooth. Add more coconut milk as desired. Enjoy!
