Chocolate Pudding {or mousse or frosting}

This recipe is simple and tasty, so this post is going to be short and sweet.

Sometimes you just want a quick chocolate fix. If that's the case, you can call this Chocolate Pudding.

Other times you want a decadent dessert. If that's the case, you can call this Chocolate Mousse.

And at times you need a birthday cake. If that's the case, you can call this Chocolate Frosting.

This recipe is magic. It's also full of good-for-you fats {dare I add Chocolate Fat Bomb to the list of names?} so it leaves you feeling completely satisfied. It's the perfect, guilt-free sweet treat that fills so many different positions. Throw together a batch today and see for yourself :)

Chocolate Pudding {or mousse or frosting}

  • 1/2 an avocado, mashed
  • 15 grams ghee
  • 15 grams coconut oil
  • 15 grams cacao
  • 15-30 grams honey
  • Splash of vanilla
Method:
  1. Melt together the ghee, oil and honey.
  2. Stir in the vanilla, cacao and avocado.
  3. Serve immediately for pudding or to frost a cake, or allow to chill in the fridge until set for a mousse or to pipe onto a cake.
